I've completed an offer, why is my star not silver?

We try our hardest to make sure that your offers always track but sometimes, unfortunately, our magic doesn't work and things get in the way! It might be worth checking if your anti-virus software or other protection on your device is stopping your offers from tracking. You could also try clearing your cache.

If you've taken an offer and your star hasn't turned silver yet, don't worry, we can still help! All we need to see is some evidence that shows you've taken the offer in full as per the T&Cs (this is usually just the advertiser's welcome email). You can submit this using the link below.

For gambling offers, we need to see a screenshot of your account page showing both your and the retailers name.  A second screenshot showing the time and date of your deposits, as well as a third showing the time and date of the play history.
